“Milestones to Space Development” for the April 10, 2016 NSS-NT Meeting
“Milestones to Space Development: an NSS Roadmap” was a document developed and updated by the National Space Society. On Sunday, April 10, 2016 at 3:30 p.m., NSS-NT president Ken Ruffin gives a revised presentation of the NSS Roadmap, which begin with laboratories, space tourism, and solar power plants in Low Earth Orbit. Additionally, prepare for robotic and human exploration, resource utilization, and settlement of the Moon, Near Earth Asteroids, and Mars, and much more! This presentation of the NSS Roadmap illustrates logical and practical options for NASA, international space agencies, and Commercial Spaceflight companies, in the years and decades ahead.
NSS-NT meetings are held on the second Sunday of each month (except December) beginning at 3:30 p.m. in the large banquet room at Spring Creek BBQ-Irving, 3514 W. Airport Frwy, Irving, TX 75062 (eastbound Hwy. 183 service road, across Hwy. 183 from the Irving Mall, just before Belt Line Rd). Visitors are encouraged to attend.
Recent and upcoming local public events to be discussed where NSS-NT will be hosted. Those events include the PUBlic Knowledge Yuri’s Night event organized by the Ft. Worth Museum of Science and History, and held at the Live Oak Music Hall and Lounge on Tuesday night, April 5 – the DFW Metroplex location for the world space party!
